Aadi Properties is a newly formed joint venture between two seasoned real estate houses; the Leo Group and the Prashasti Group. Leo Group, the makers of Parivar Society in Kanjurmarg, have completed almost a dozen landmark projects in Borivali, Kandivali, Andheri, Bandra and other areas of Mumbai in the last 2 decades. Prashasti Group has jointly worked with several major real estate companies such as Skyline, Atul and Bhoomi group amongst others and built iconic landmarks all over Mumbai. Together, the two groups have built and delivered over 30 lakh square feet area to thousands of customers over the last 25 years and has over 15 lakh square feet under construction today.

To qualify for the program, you must have a responsible financial history and meet other conditions. Assistance limits displayed are indicative, actual limits will depend on number of factors. If approved, your program assistance tenure will depend on a variety of factors, including down payment assistance amount, repayment capacity, a responsible financial history, years of experience, income, home-loan to value ratio and other factors.
