No, we cannot guarantee project timelines. For any issues with project delivery, homebuyers can approach their state RERAs for timely redressal of their grievances.

There are no hidden charges to avail HomeCapital down payment assistance. Processing fees charged under the program will be disclosed upfront to the homebuyer.

In case the project of your choice is not listed in HomeCapital’s offerings, please write to us at wecare@homecapital.in or program@homecapital.in  with the project details. We will try to include the project of your choice with the best of our efforts. However, we cannot guarantee the same as onboarding projects and developers depend on a number of factors that may be beyond the control of HomeCapital.

We review the track record of developers to include them in the program and only partner with leading developers across major cities. Every property goes through systematic due diligence with key focus on the developer background, delivery track record, credit profile, corporate governance, real estate portfolio analysis, micro market review, supply and demand analysis and other related factors.

The down payment assistance is to be repaid in 12 interest free equated monthly instalments by the homebuyer. There are no prepayment charges. The user can opt for foreclosure at any point of time during the repayment period.
